§ 153.375 Annual Report by Nonparent Managing Conservator
(a)
A nonparent appointed as a managing conservator of a child shall each 12 months after the appointment file with the court a report of facts concerning the child’s welfare, including the child’s whereabouts and physical condition.
(b)
The report may not be admitted in evidence in a subsequent suit.
