§ 34.009 Penalty

A person commits an offense if the person knowingly:

presents a document that is not a valid authorization agreement as a valid authorization agreement under this chapter;

makes a false statement on an authorization agreement; or

obtains an authorization agreement by fraud, duress, or misrepresentation.

An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.
