§ 8.359 Conflicts with Other Law
(a)
To the extent of a conflict between this subchapter and Chapter 804, Government Code, Chapter 804, Government Code, prevails.
(b)
To the extent of a conflict between this subchapter and federal law, the federal law prevails.
